A better recommendation starts with the right questions.

You do not need every detail figured out. Share what you know, and Paragon will help turn it into a clear product and delivery plan.

01

Use + environment

Define who will wear the apparel, where it will be used, laundering expectations and any job-specific performance needs.

02

Decoration + artwork

Confirm print, embroidery, patch or other decoration methods, artwork placement, colors and proof approvals.

03

Sizing + quantities

Capture the size curve, gender or fit requirements, product substitutions and minimum quantities before pricing.

04

Packing + delivery

Plan bulk packing, individual kits, location sorting, labeling and shipment routing before production.

How Paragon makes it easier

From everyday polos and outerwear to job-ready uniforms and employee kits, Paragon coordinates product selection, branding, sizing and delivery around your team.

The first response is not a generic catalog dump. Paragon reviews the requirement, identifies gaps that could change pricing or suitability, and then develops a quote around a defined product and delivery path. When customization is involved, proofing and approval responsibilities are documented before release.

Details coordinated before production

Available product specifications, country-of-origin information, test reports, care information, decoration proofs and packing rules are gathered according to the requirement. The exact documentation package depends on the product and source. Paragon will distinguish supplier-provided evidence from information that has not yet been verified.

Quality control is planned around risk. A straightforward reorder may rely on documented specifications and pre-shipment confirmation. A new customized or multi-location program may require proofs, samples, inspection criteria, allocation files and shipment-level reporting.

Product fit and availability

Paragon does not represent itself as the manufacturer of every garment. Product availability, decoration methods, country of origin, domestic-preference eligibility and other compliance details depend on the selected source and must be confirmed for each requirement.

Common questions

What buyers usually need to know.

Can Paragon handle small and large apparel orders?

Order viability depends on decoration, product availability and supplier minimums. Submit the quantity and specifications so Paragon can identify the appropriate supply path.

Can items be separated by person or location?

Yes. Size sorting, individual packaging, location labeling and multi-address distribution can be scoped as part of the fulfillment plan.

Do you support government or institutional specifications?

Paragon can source against defined requirements and request available supplier documentation. Any domestic preference, country-of-origin or product standard must be stated before pricing.

Can we approve a proof or sample?

Proofs are expected for decorated items. Physical samples may be available when lead time, supplier policy and the value of the requirement support them.
