Paragon collects information you choose to provide through the request form or email, including contact details, organization, product requirements, quantities, dates, locations, specifications and supporting files. Basic website analytics may record page views, referral information and interaction events.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate and respond to inquiries, understand demand, improve the website and manage potential supplier or customer relationships. Submitting information does not create a contract.
Service providers
Website hosting, analytics and form-processing providers may process information on Paragon’s behalf. Supporting files and form data should not include sensitive personal information, payment-card data, export-controlled information, health records or classified material.
Retention and security
Paragon retains inquiry information as reasonably necessary for evaluation, follow-up and business records. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
